Please remove the foam tube with the fixed tube from the cell and confirm the background dropping (stabilizing) with only the moisture meter.

1. When there is no problem with the moisture meter alone.
　①Please replace the drying agent of the vaporizer.
　②Please wash the piping in accordance with the instruction manual.

2. When it doesn’t improve even with the moisture meter alone.
　Please wash the cell.
