On November 29th, we invited our president, Kazuya Hiranuma, to a special lecture given by Professor Koichiro Suda of the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Policy Studies, Tokiwa University, where he spoke about our company’s origins, challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises, and current initiatives. Tokiwa University has entered into a partnership agreement with the Ibaraki Small and Medium Enterprise Global Promotion Organization (a public interest incorporated foundation), and the Department of Business Administration offers “Small and Medium Enterprise Management Theory,” which is available to second-year students and above, as a joint course with the organization. Although the students do not normally come into contact with manufacturing companies like ours or chemical analysis equipment, they took the course seriously and asked questions enthusiastically during the Q&A session.
